Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and include tags.
  • Not eligible: items marked non-returnable, final sale, or intimate goods (see product page).

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your order number, photos (if damaged), and reason for return.
  3. We will respond with return instructions and a label (if applicable).

Inspection & Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items with obvious signs of use, missing parts, or original packaging not returned.
